RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding the bank’s diverse range of products and services.
- Attentively address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, fostering positive relationships.
- Execute precise processing of withdrawals and cash disbursements to meet customer needs.
- Validate customer signatures and identification documents to authorize transactions securely.
- Distribute bank statements, checkbooks, and debit cards efficiently to customers.
- Complete all essential documentation and paperwork associated with customer transactions.
- Conduct foreign currency exchange transactions in accordance with customer preferences.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned, contributing to overall team success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Banking operations, preferably as a Customer Service Officer.
