Details
Educational Qualification
Required: BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology or
related field of study.
Work Experience: After graduating 8 years of relevant work experience as a
quantity Surveyor in similar and/or equivalent high rise building Construction
projects.
Other skills
I. Proven interpersonal communication,
II. Fluency in English both spoken & written,
III. Highly motivated and those who can execute duties with the least
guidance are encouraged to apply.
IV. Proficient in micro soft office & general computer soft
ware, Auto CAD ,and related engineering Software.
V. In- depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing and
industry.
VI. Demonstrated knowledge of building construction, preparation
of sepecifications for high – rise buildings, quantity surveying principles,
and bid document preparation.
Age: Below 45 Years
