Job Description
  • Answer telephones and take messages or transfer calls.
  • Excellent computer skill (Word, Excel)
  • Schedule appointments and update event calendars.
  • Arrange staff meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
  • Prepare memos, invoices, or reports.
  • Edit documents.
  • Maintain databases and filing systems.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping.
  • Petty Cash Management.
  • VAT & Any Governmental tax reporting.
Job Requirement
  • Diploma/B. A/B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science Marketing Management, Procurement Supply Management, Economics, Accounting and other related filed from recognizable institution/university
  • Experienced Minimum of 5 (Five) years for Diploma and 3 (Three) years for Degree
  • Experienced who worked in an Import and Export is more preferred.
