Position 1: Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities

  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Follow up pension contributions of employees
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Job Requirement

  • Qualification: – BA in Management, HRM and related fields of Study.
  • Experience: –     3-4 Years of Experience Related Experience

Required skills

  • Proven experience as Recruitment Officer, administrator or other HR position
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

Position 2: Receptionist

Job Summary: The receptionist is responsible for providing a positive and welcoming experience for all individuals entering the premises. This role involves handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, managing appointments, and performing various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management:
    • Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly manner.
      • Manage and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
      • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Visitor Assistance:
    • Register and sign in visitors, ensuring compliance with security procedures.
      • Provide information about the organization, its services, and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
  • Appointment Scheduling:
    • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events.
      • Notify staff members of scheduled appointments and visitors.
  • Communication Handling:
    • Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.
      • Handle outgoing mail and courier services.
      • Respond to email inquiries and direct messages to the relevant parties.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist in various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, secretarial service and document preparation.
      • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with relevant departments for restocking.
  • Facilitate staff medical reimbursement in collaboration with insurance company
  • Multi-Tasking:
    • Effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Problem Solving:
    • Address and resolve queries from visitors and callers or direct them to the appropriate personnel.

Salary: -Negotiable

Qualification:

  • Education: Diploma or equivalent. Additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
  • Experience:-3 years of experience worked as Receptionist with the same sector is preferable

Additional Skills: 

  • Communication Skills: –Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Amharic.  Other national language skill is advantageous
  • Organizational Skills:-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer Service:-Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Technology Proficiency: –Familiarity with office equipment, including phone systems, copiers, and printers. Basic knowledge of office software
  • Professionalism: –Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
  • Proficiency in using office communication tools.

Position 3: AAA Technology Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AAA (FBB & WiFI) solutions for network and application access control
  • Deploy and maintain AAA servers, gateways and client configurations
  • Integrate AAA systems with directory services, policy servers and billing platforms
  • Configure and troubleshoot protocol profiles and server groups
  • Develop and apply access control policies and entitlements
  • Audit and report on AAA transactions and infrastructure performance
  • Provide Level 1 and 2 support and troubleshooting for production issues
  • Communicate AAA impacts and changes to external stakeholders
  • Assist with capacity planning and infrastructure sizing
  • Contribute to process/guideline documentation and knowledge sharing
  • Expertise with RADIUS, Diameter, TACACS+ authentication protocols
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Huawei AAA infrastructure

Education and Major requirements:-bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field

Work Experience: – 5+ years hands-on experience with AAA protocols, platforms and systems

Language Skill: – Excellent written and verbal communication skills In English

Position 4: Contact Center Technology Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, integration and deployment of contact center platforms and technologies
  • Administer and provide hands-on support for Huawei IPCC, servers, storage and call control platforms
  • Develop IVR workflows and agent desktop applications in Huawei environments
  • Integrate contact center systems with CRM, database, voice logging and other third-party applications
  • Configure and support integrations with quality management and workforce optimization tools
  • Troubleshoot issues independently and provide L1 support
  • Ensure all applications are functioning properly and issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Work flexibly including evenings and weekends as needed for maintenance
  • This is a hands-on technical role focused on deploying, integrating and supporting mission critical contact center infrastructure and applications.

Education and Major requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field

Work Experience: – 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying and supporting contact center systems

Language Skill: – Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Position 5: VAS Technology Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and support VAS platforms and services
  • Develop and maintain API/interface integrations between VAS and core systems
  • Manage high-volume VAS traffic, SLA monitoring and capacity planning
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on infrastructure, network elements or interfaces
  • Provide Level 1 & 2 support and escalation management
  • Communicate VAS changes, impacts and outages to stakeholders
  • Evaluate new technologies and develop recommendations
  • Share technical expertise through documentation and knowledge transfer
  • Hands-on experience deploying, integrating and supporting VAS servers
  • Knowledge of VAS protocols, integration interfaces and network elements

Education and Major requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field

Work Experience: – 5+ years industry experience in VAS technologies like SMS, USSD, VMS, CRBT

Language Skill: – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
