Position: Trainee Sales

Position Description

Goal of the Position

  • Establishing, sustaining, and growing a customer base while maintaining and increasing revenues of the company’s products. Product delivery should be prompt and accurate.

Important Responsibilities

  • The trainee will be taught how to sell, deliver the goods, and carry out selling operations to their team.
  • acting on behalf of a business by carrying out, communicating, serving, and information gathering tasks.
  • By prospecting, pre-approaching, approaching, making a presentation, handling objections, making a sale, and following up with the potential customer.
  • employing the aforementioned procedure, takes customer orders and delivers the product to each one at the appropriate time and location.
  • utilises the assistance of the sales assistant to load the factory’s finished products for sale.
  • delivery of goods properly when being shipped to the various sales territories.
  • regular updates to the sales supervisor the delivery of goods to the customer and the sale to or the coverage of each sales territory.
  • Registers customers on the rout card,
  • Forward for the sales team & back ward information to the appropriate bodies for sound sales and production.
  • Assess & find out new customer for the factory.
  • Collect marketing information from customer, their satisfaction need and complaints to the marketing department.
  • Deposit cash sales on the bank daily.
  • Issued receipt to the customer immediately.
  • Respect the rule & regulation of the company.
  • Merchandise the product which on the store of the customer.
  • Follow the policy, procedures and code of practices set up by food safety system management.
  • Implement and maintain an effective food safety management
  • Perform related tasks and other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

  • gathering client feedback and compliance.

Position Requirements

  • BA Degree in Marketing or any social filed
  • Fresh Graduate
