Position: Education and Visa Consultancy Manager

Job Description:

We are looking to hire an Education and Visa Consultancy Manager with excellent organizational and analytical skills. The managers are expected to be detailed oriented, knowledgeable on statistics, have strong problem-solving skills, work comfortably under pressure, and deliver on tight deadlines.

To ensure success, Manager should be confident, professional, and meticulous with a keen interest in the cost-efficient operations of the organization. Top candidates will have outstanding presentation and report-writing skills, with the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.

Education and Visa Consultancy Manager Responsibilities are:

Coordinate the team to understand the organization’s profit and achievements which are reflected in all operational activities including relationships and risk management
Maintain overall the branch responsibility to perform all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory, regulation, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations are applicable.
Apply the strategic planning, direction and execution of the operational function of the company.
Direct and monitor the overall performance of the company.
Maintain and improve mechanisms for the company activities including surveying and measuring the operation process, outcomes and profitability to disseminate feedback to the general manager.
Plan and execute the company office, stake holders, customers demand while maintain high standard aligned to our company vision and mission.
Follow up for the Implementation of financial and tax strategies.
Develop plans for the branch progress and growth
Assist and support all departments
Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities
Plan, coordinate and manage all business operations to achieve the branch goal
Prepare regular report for General Manager
Develop plans for department head activities to include strategy to achieve the agreed target
Employee recruitment, training performance, evaluation, promotion and notify termination of employees to the General Manager
Delegate authority, responsibility and accountability to the department heads with supervision review
Set an example for employees of commitment, organization process and activities, work ethic, habit and personal character
prepare budget and expense management activities
Maintain accurate records
Responsibly use resource and control expenses to meet budgetary control
Adhere all the organization policies and procedures
Interact and cooperate with all customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
Generate new business idea for the company.

Qualifications & Experience.

The successful candidate will be a highly organized, proactive, resourceful, self-motivated leader with a roll-up-the-sleeves mentality and strong sense of urgency. They should possess a proven track record of setting, driving and delivering on objectives and projects, and have demonstrated ability to successfully lead and influence others with strong familiarity of the healthcare industry as well as a Corporate Affairs function. This individual should also have an excellent understanding of the digital space, including SharePoint, the Cloud, One Drive, Excel, and other contemporary tools. Project Management, Operational Excellence certifications are also desirable.

MBA/MBS in Business and related fields required.
5+ years with demonstrated experience in strategy and operations; corporate affairs and planning and dvt. Experience preferred.
Strong project management and change management experience with the ability to develop and execute clear action plans.
Strong financial, strategic planning and business planning skills.
Proven track record of a strong ability to proactively identify resolutions to business issues and creating new and innovative ways of doing things, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing environment.
Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively within the department and across the business to drive and scale communications strategies across the enterprise.
Ability to influence and advise senior leadership in both communications and business settings. Strong understanding of the planning and development industry is preferred.
Strong management and team leadership skills, including willingness to mentor others.
Superior written and interpersonal communications skills. Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to quickly learn and operate within a complex, fast-paced and changing environment. Ability to meet tight deadlines.
