Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities
Knowledge about own manager skills/profile
Context/ Specific skills, knowledge, and experience:
Knowledge of the context in Benishangul Gumuz and IDP context.
Fluency in English, Amharic, and other local languages
Experience in general education and EiE context
Behavioral competencies
