Position 1: Principal – Regional Human Resource & Administration Officer
- Qualification & Experience
BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management & Public Administration, and Development Management. Professional course in HR (added advantage) plus, a minimum of 6 years in HRM activities.

Qualification & Experience –
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology/Systems, or related disciplines with a minimum of seven (7) years in System administration or related field out of which 3 years in a supervisory position.

Position 3: Senior – System Administrator
Qualification & Experience –
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Systems with a minimum of six (6) years in System administration or a related field out of which 1 year in a supervisory position;

Position 4: Senior – Database Administrator
Qualification & Experience –
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Science & Computer Engineering and with a minimum of six (6) years in Database administration or related field; three (3) of which should be in a senior/equivalent role preferably in the banking sector.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of two or more RDBMS technologies (DB2, Oracle, MS-SQL server & Knowledge of advanced SQL)
- Advanced knowledge of operating systems preferably AIX, or Linux. Storages, network, and security knowledge. Knowledge of high availability (HA) and Disaster recovery options.
- Knowledge of indexes, index management, and statistics. Problem-solving & Presentation skills in technical Information
- Attention to detail and quality focus & Diversified operating system skills.
- Analytical, Communication, and documentation skills. Interpersonal & Planning skills
