Position Detail
The new job position of this International Rescue Committee new Vacancy is called namely Cash Assistant ( Full Job title is "ES/NFI Cash Assistant-Dawe serer woreda of East Bale Zone" ) with work location at Adama, Ethiopia and has Requisition ID: req24927.
The Sector of this position is Emergency Response and it is under Regular Category with Full-Time employment type.This position needs educations including Development, Public Health, Environmental Health, social science, and related relevant fields of studies with BSc Degree or Diploma level and additional personal and competence skills including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain attention to details, Good command spoken and written in English, Amharic, and Afaan Oromo, Knowledge of Afaan Oromo is required, Good communication and interpersonal skills and also familiarity with the local context of the project implementation areas adds more advantage.
The person who want to obtain this position is NOT requested to have any work experience if he/she has a Bsc Degree level in Development, Public Health, Environmental Health, social science. But the applicant is expected to have 02 years of relevant work experience and If you have NGO experience including on NFI, CVA, community mobilization, hygiene promotion with I/NGO in local community settings, experience on implementing participatory and coordinating community mobilizations on the communities will be helpful, in implementing Emergency activities, e.g NFI distribution, cash transfer. Those experiences adds a plus value for the applicant.
