Position : 1 Junior Accountant

Job Description

Job Summary
  • The Jr. Accountant, under the supervision of National finance manager, is accountable for overseeing preparation of payments, manufacturing receive and issues, enterprise tax issues and extra finance projects.
Key Functions
  • Check existence of budget for every payment requests earlier than payment preparation
  • Prepare and Pay withholding taxes from repayments in compliance with the Income Tax Proclamation
  • Prepare company’s taxes payments to be settled effectively and timely
  • Prepare bank charge transactions
  • Handle petty cash repayments and ensure compliance with interior control set out
  • Submit financial institution instruction letters issued to the banks and follow-up their status
  • Prepare cheque fee vouches and cheques for only accredited fund requests on time as per agreed upon terms and conditions, if any
  • Responsible to document and follow up all Goods Receiving Notes, Store Issue Vouchers and Goods Return Vouchers in excel sheet.
  • Record and observe up Settable Egg receiving note from breeding issuance of the settable Egg to different sites.
  • Ensure all costs are good accumulated & assigned to perfect stock.
  • Ensure all production charges are correctly collected & allocated properly.
  • Ensure all required purchase, problem and production files are collected & executed before sending to HO.
  • Prepare & observe up outstanding GRN, SIV, DO & buy invoice archives & report on weekly basis.
  • Follow and accumulate all required source files for the site on weekly foundation & Report any Missed documents to fee division head HO immediately.
  • Ensure regular bodily count of inventory of raw materials, completed goods, Vaccines Medicines, and Eggs, and reconcile against inventory cards.
  • Prepare stock and completed goods reconciliations and variances analysis
  • Report gradual moving and lifeless stocks of uncooked materials and completed goods
  • Perform related responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
  • Maintain compliance with all organisation policies and strategies and other responsibilities assigned by instant supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirement
  • BA Degree in Accounting/Finance
  •  Knowledge of Peachtree accounting

Position 2: HR Officer

Key Functions
  • Create staff database and maintain track of all applicable staff information.
  • Monitor contract expiry dates and renew contracts earlier than it expires.
  • Maintain updated & secured team of workers information and personnel files.
  • Work with the hiring managers and General Service in getting ready office space, computer systems and other applicable equipment’s before the arrival of the new staff.
  • Work with supervisors in placing up individual orientation software for all newly hired staff.
  • Provide orientation on HR insurance policies and procedures.
  • Pension: ensure that every employee has executed all pension formalities and has obtained a pension ID card
  • Ensure all workforce has specific roles and acquired Job descriptions.
  • Keeps and updates staff go away records (annual, sick, maternity, parental, etc.)
  • Maintain up to date annual leave monitoring for all employees.
  • Assist the HR Manager in getting completed assessment on time and compiling relevant data from the performance evaluation.
  • Oversee work lets in and other applicable procedures for expat staffs, are easily handled.
  • Assist in collecting exterior training companies and creating education database.
  • Prepare & compile payroll and extra time information and publish them to Finance on time
  • Prepare job offer letters, employment contracts and make certain that all staff stuffed out the required forms for employment.
  • Edit and alternate format of new Vacancies/JD’s received.
  • Post vacancies on Ethio jobs website, and in different appropriate venues.
  • Receive and bring together applications received.
  • Prepare the CV precis of applications received.
  • Shortlist viable candidates and review closing shortlist of hiring manager to insure it meets crucial requirements for the position.
  • Prepare, time table and facilitate interviews.
  • Attend interviews on behalf of HR Department.
  • Follow up and collect interview contrast from interviewers.

  • Prepare and distribute comply with up emails to candidates on the status of the recruitment (if they are shortlisted, rejected earlier than or after interview and assessment).

Education Qualifications and Requirement
  • BA diploma in Management, Business Administration or Human Resource Management
    Proven skills in administration and human assets management.
