Position 1: Cash Office Attendant

እድሜ፡- 25 ዓመትና ከዛ በታች

place of work: Bahir Dar District, in 24 branches.

Position 2:Facility Clerk

Education: BA Degree in Procurement & Supplies Management, Logistic & Supply Chain Management, Management or other business related fields.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years cognate banking experience.

place of work: Hawassa District

Position 3: Senior Administrative Assistant

Education: Degree/Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management or associated fields.
Experience: Minimum of 4/6 years banking experience, of which 2 years in the area of Secretarial Service and Office Administration.

Job Objective:

  • To make sure the provision of efficient and effective administration carrier to managerial or executive staff or different appropriate individual via managing the office and office facilities, and affairs and serving as a liaison between clients (internal and external) and the responsible management.

Main responsibilities and responsibilities:

  • Read and analyze incoming letters & memos and direct to the appropriate unit/ individual, or act up on it in an appropriate way.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, which include faxes and mails (via outlook or any other platform).
  • Answer telephones and give statistics to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Greet traffic and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate people according to their needs.
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
  • Schedule and verify appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
  • Perform general office obligations such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and performing basic
  • bookkeeping work for the petty money management.
  • Draft letters, memos, and reports using MS phrase processing, excel spreadsheet, and Access.
  • Oversee the proper implementation of administrative procedures for offices.
  • Attend conferences and keep minutes.
  • Coordinate Clerical Aids, Motorists and Janitors.
  • Make copies of correspondence or printed material.
  • Maintain confidential and touchy documents with due care.
  • Maintain electronic and paper data ensuring information is prepared and is easily accessible.
  • Locate and attach terrific files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
  • Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or telephone systems.
  • Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the drift of information, internally or with other organizations.
  • Arrange meeting, or travel reservations for the Bank personnel as needed.
  • Provide any administrative and clerical assist to the management and any appropriate individual.
  • Ensure all workplace equipment are properly maintained and serviced.

position 4: I Branch Manager

Education: MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics or different business related fields.

Experience: Minimum of 6/8 years banking experience, Experience in supervisory position is advantageous.

Job Objective:

  • To ensure the overall banking operation things to do of the branch perform as per the bank’s policy, procedure, tenet and other pertinent regulation

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop Branch plans (such as operational plan, marketing plans and income plan) and objectives and, lead & evaluate in their implementation.
  • Coordinate and control the overall banking operation activities in the branch.
  • Prepare the Branch’s price range and track its implementation,
  • Represent the Branch,
  • Ensure effective and suited utilization of resources;
  • Analyze needs, asses the capacities of staff, and propose continuous training (e.g. training plan, TOT, seminars);
  • Coach and mentor employees inside the branch towards positive career development,
  • Sets goals, objectives, performance requirements and signs an agreement with performers, and consider
  • the periodic performance of subordinates,
  • Prepare, Review, approve and submit practical reports to relevant organs and work intently with the branch teams for same,
  • Manage disciplinary issues of the Branch’s staff.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures customer queries and complaints properly handled;
  • Facilitate environment friendly and high quality carrier to customers;
  • Manage and maintain positive relationship with patron and staffs;
  • Promote new and existing banks products, service and digital banking to customers;
  • Enhance the banks photo through pro-active handling of clients and maximizes their satisfaction;
  • Ensures that all performer comply with regulatory standards, bank’s policies, procedure and code of conduct;
  • Ensure the fulfillment of typical tasks that have given to execute customer-focused service in the process;
  • Adhere strictly to compliance and operational chance controls in accordance with the bank’s and regulatory standards and policies;
  • Ensure that tasks are performed to the agreed standards within the agreed transport time;
  • Plan, coach, manage and coordinate the overall department management;
  • Enhance the Branch’s competitive position;
  • Perform regular evaluation of all branch –related work practices;
  • Support Branch staff in developing, managing, and developing customer relationships;
  • Ensure compliance and monitoring is in place in accordance with regulations , regulations, and standards;
  • Set team objectives, goals , and overall performance standards and facilitate team’s alignment and goal cascading;
  • Adhere strictly to compliance and operational chance controls in accordance with the bank’s and regulatory standards and policies;

  • Work closely with the branch groups in annual plan development and implementation;

  • Ensure all document associated to credit and international banking are suitable and timely forwarded to the respective departments;
  • Coordinate the marketing efforts of the branch;
  • Perform different duties assigned by as it should be instituted Supervisory Management.
