Position 1: Customer Service and Operation Manager I
Job Summary
- The jobholder is responsible for managing the customer service function at the Branch and ensure operational excellence to deliver exemplary services for high customer satisfaction levels supporting the Bank’s growth.
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing & Economics plus a minimum of six (6) years’ experience with at least 3 years at operational work.

Position 2: Branch Manager – Class IV Branch
Job Summary
- The job holder is responsible to plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations and code of practices of the bank are adhered to by subordinates. The jobholder leads the branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides branch operational excellence. S/he prepares and submits annual budget, operational plan and activity and progress reports.
Qualification: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance and Economics plus minimum of eight (8) years of relevant banking experience of which 3 years in a supervisory position.

Position 3: Audio Visual and Documentation Officer
Job Summary
- Job holder is responsible for general audio-visual documentation (video recording, photograph shooting on various occasions and delivery of photographs) for promotion, advertisement and annual reports. S/he prepares photographs for exhibitions’ display, performs digital video editing and graphics design intended for Bank’s promotion and advertisement activities.
Qualification: Diploma and above in Electronics, Photography & Video or related fields plus a minimum of three (3) years in photography and editing.
Courses in communication and advertisement (added advantage).

Position 4: Principal – Public Relations and CSR Officer
Job Summary
- The job holder is responsible to handle the public relations and corporate social responsibility activities of the Bank. S/he studies and carries out public relation tasks to improve public awareness and understanding about the Bank. Upon approval from the supervisor, prepares and releases various newsworthy information regarding the Bank.
– Masters in a related course (added advantage)

Position 5: Principal – Technical Services Officer
Job Summary
- The jobholder is responsible for organizing, coordinating, supporting and controlling technical services activities. S/he handles and resolves requests of support from branches and head quarter organs. S/he also coordinates different technical activities which helps opening of new branches.
Qualification:BSc Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or related fields plus a minimum of eight (8) years’ relevant experience in maintenance and technical services.
- – Technical certification on electricity & general mechanics (added advantage).

Position 6: Branch Manager – Class II Branch
Job Summary
- The job holder is responsible to plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations and code of practices of the bank are adhered to by subordinates. The jobholder leads the branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides branch operational excellence. S/he prepares and submits annual budget, operational plan and activity and progress reports.
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management & Business Administration plus a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the banking sector of which three (3) years in a supervisory position.
