The Organization is looking for a qualified worker in the following position.

Position: HR and Operations Officer

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in HR management and operations, with a strong focus on staff retention and development.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Job Summary:

The HR and Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources functions, including the hiring process, promotions, demotions, and staff retention strategies. This role also includes managing general operations, monitoring performance against plans, identifying gaps, and proposing actionable solutions. Additionally, the HR and Operations Officer will handle the signing of client agreements and the screening of other agreements entering the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management

Hiring Process:

  • Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding.
  • Ensure the hiring process aligns with organizational policies and legal standards.
  • Preparing job descriptions
  • Keep the employee file (Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.)
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Orientating new employees and training existing employees
  • Conduct written exam and interview
  • Announcement the applicant result
  • Issue the employee letter and Job description and necessary format
Promotion and Demotion:

  • Evaluate employee performance and recommend promotions or demotions based on merit and organizational needs.
  • Facilitate the implementation of promotions and demotions in accordance with company policies.
  • Staff Retention Strategy:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance staff retention, focusing on employee engagement, career development, and job satisfaction.
  • Monitor retention rates and analyze factors contributing to employee turnover, proposing initiatives to reduce it.

Operations Management

General Operations:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Monitor the execution of operational plans, comparing actual performance with targets.
  • Supervise Admin staff
  • Monitoring and Analysis:
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations and HR activities.
  • Analyze discrepancies between planned and actual performance, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
  • Monitoring day to day Financial transaction
  • Assure every week the payment is collected and receipt is issued
  • General oversee the transaction

Agreement Management

Client Agreements:

Review and sign client agreements, ensuring they meet organizational standards and legal requirements.
Screening Other Agreements:
Screen and review other agreements entering the organization, ensuring they align with company policies and compliance standards.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Accountability:

The HR and Operations Officer are accountable for effectively managing the hiring process, operational efficiency, staff retention, and the integrity of agreements. This role demands a commitment to ensuring that all HR and operational activities are aligned with the organization’s objectives and adhere to legal and regulatory standards
