Position 1: Office Admin and Procurement officer
Requirements
- A Bachelor Degree in a business fields
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office suite and office equipment.
- Previous experience in a similar role or position is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Position 2: Customer Support Officer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
