Job Position 1 – IT Auditor

Required Qualification and Experience
 Education: Education Qualification
B.Sc. Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related IT field of studies.
Work Experience: 5 (Five) years of relevant banking experience of which, minimum of 1 year as IT-Cyber Security Risk Management Officer or Business Continuity Management Officer or 2 years on IT related areas as Officer.

Job Position 2 – Senior IT Auditor

Required Qualification and Experience

Job Position 3 – Principal IT Auditor

Required Qualification and Experience

7 (Seven) years of relevant banking experience on the position of Principal IT-Cyber Security Risk Management Officer or Principal-Business Continuity Management Officer or Senior IT Auditor or Senior Business Continuity Management Officer or Senior IT-Cyber Security Risk Management Officer or IT Auditor or IT-Cyber Security Risk Management Officer or Business Continuity Management Officer.

Training/Certifications
CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), ITIL Expert or ITIL Master, Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE),

Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), PMP (Project Management Professional), AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

Roles and Responsibility
Maintain and update the bank’s website with relevant and accurate information;
Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines;
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content and ensure timely updates;
Monitor website performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience;
Create engaging and informative content for various social media platforms;
Manage social media accounts, including posting updates, responding to comments, and monitoring conversations;
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement;
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices;
Create compelling and relevant content, including articles, blog posts, videos, and infographics;
Monitor online mentions and reviews of the bank on various platforms;
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.
