Position 1: Junior Accountant
Responsibilities
- Assist with reviewing of expense, payroll records etc. as assigned.
- Managing the petty cash
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist with other accounting tasks
Education (Minimum):
- BA degree from recognized institutions in accounting and finance, business management and related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in junior position.
- Demonstrated basic computer skills
Position 2: Senior Accountant
Responsibilities
- Perform month-end and year-end closing and reporting
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
Education (Minimum):
- BA degree from recognized institutions in accounting and finance, business management and related fields.
- At least 6 years of experience in senior position.
- Demonstrated basic computer skills and Peachtree.
- In depth understanding of TAX law
Position 3: Creative Team Head
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the creative vision and standard of output across team members who work under them.
- Pitch ideas confidently and present their creative vision clearly to clients, as well as communicate in the same manner of their creative team.
- Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
- Collaborate with other team members and Digital Team
Education (Minimum):
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Creative Head or in a similar creative leadership role.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills in both Amharic and English.
- Strong understanding of content creation, Graphic design and Video editing.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
