Position 1: Finance Business Partner – Raya
Job Summary
Ensure the proper functioning of the administrative and financial operation of the in accordance with internal administrative and financial procedures. And give a full support to the site manager for Business control.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Guarantee the compliance with administrative and financial procedures
- Organize inventories, stock controls and variance analyze of all site warehouses and monitor their proper storage.
- Make cash inventories and reconcile them with the theoretical situation
- Forecast the cash flow positions and update on a regular basis.
- Monitor the cash collection (Checks deposit)
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of accounting and business control

Position 2: Electrician (Kombolcha /Zebidar)
- Job Summary
Performs skilled work in the installation, maintenance and calibration of equipment’s and instruments by monitoring, troubleshooting, repairing, adjusting installs, operating and testing or otherwise services automated, electromechanical, or electro-pneumatic equipment in support of machine operations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Diagnose electrical equipment malfunctions and makes timely repairs and/or adjustments; monitors repaired equipment to ensure proper function.
- Conduct inspections/predictive audits and tests on electrical systems and prepare detailed reports
- To do test, calibration, installation, repair, and inspection of electrical equipment, monitoring devices and instrument of Method Office & factory.
Job Requirements
- The position requires a minimum of TVET Level 3 or Level 4/Diploma or bachelor’s degree and CoC in Industrial Electricity or Electro Mechanics or Electronic Technology or Industrial Electricity or Electrical Engineering or related field of studies
- 5 or 3- or 1-years’ experience as Electrician in FMCG factory or industrial setting

Position 3: Business Controller – Commercial
Job Summary
- Provide support on controlling activities in the assigned business category by assisting in the preparation, review and consolidation of budget, monitoring proper utilization and costing of resources, controlling the well performances of all the processes related to variable costs, assets and inventories and produce different periodic management reports for decision making.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Produce data summaries for the construction of the budget and its revisions (product sheets and financial statements)
- Make data and analysis available to stakeholders to validate the hypotheses retained.
- Develop transition tables justifying changes between budget phases
- Organize and supervise monthly inventories with production of a report
- Check compliance with cut-off rules
