Position 1 Attorney I
EDUCATION/ TRAINING Diploma in law & minimum 2 years applicable expertise

Major Responsibilities
- Assists the Branch staff in handling all points associated with collateral & the secure custody of all legal documents on factual property mortgage & chattel mortgage;
- Assists in registering & discharging mortgaged objects;
- Ensures the secure custody of all legal documents on factual estate mortgage & chattel mortgage;
- Draws up draft contracts, agreements, kinds, letters of assurance, and different transactional documents, etc. that swimsuit a specified objective;
- Examines judgments & court rulings; analyzes their influence on firm enterprise & advises supervisor on approaches to be adopted;
- Gathering word and establishing proof, conducting investigations, examination analyses of cases, and preparation of contracts and claims;
- Ensures the right & well-timed supply of notices to tardy purchasers.
- Investigate & take correct authorized actions to rectify theft, forgeries & misappropriation of funds & property;
- Complies & analyzes info & statistics that may help in finishing up court docket actions & provides authorized recommendations & help to the branches in authorized matters of restricted complexity and gravity & in translation work of legal paperwork.

Position 2 Branch Operations Manager
EDUCATION/ TRAINING Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
EXPERIENCE Related experience of 2 years for a Degree and 4 years for a Diploma
Major Responsibilities
Strong leadership and management abilities.
Be a good coach, facilitator, mentor, and coach
Motorbike driving License
