**Vacancy Announcement:**
Droga Pharma is currently seeking a Cashier Accountant to join our team in Addis Ababa. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Accounting and possess good communication skills, with proficiency in English being an advantage. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate with zero years of experience to begin their career in accounting and finance. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, IT proficiency, and excellent customer handling abilities. Personal attributes such as honesty, integrity, commitment, and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.
As a Cashier Accountant, you will be responsible for various tasks, including processing and recording all credit and cash sales transactions, reconciling VAT balances, monitoring customer credit limits, and ensuring proper filing of accounts receivable documents. Additionally, you will support other departments in their day-to-day activities, adhere to company policies and regulations, and escalate critical matters to management when necessary.
