Position Description

 

Important Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and direct calls on the phone.
  • take messages and relay them.
  • offer callers with information.
  • welcome visitors to the company and send them in the right direction.
  • answer questions from the general public and clients.
  • make sure the organisation is aware of the entrance and exit of workers.
  • observe visitor access and uphold vigilance for security.
  • give general clerical and administrative support.
  • Create documents and correspondence.
  • mail and delivery, and sort them.
  • Make appointments.
  • keep an electronic or analogue appointment calendar; schedule conference and meeting space.
  • Meeting coordination and catering planning.
  • observe and keep up office equipment.
  • manage inventories pertinent to the lobby.
  • tidying up and maintaining the lobby.

Position Requirements

Requirements for Education and/or Work Experience:

  • First degree in  office management, secretarial science , Computer Science or other business related fields.
  • understanding of clerical and administrative processes.
  • knowledge of the fundamentals of computers and of customer service principles and procedures.
  • Proficient keyboarding abilities in English are required.

Physical prerequisites

  • ability to successfully and securely carry out the key job responsibilities in accordance with the standards of the organisation.

Position: 2 Designer

Job Description

  • Company brands TECNO, Syinix, itel creatives and designs management.
  • Following HQ for the brand’s new standards and products of new designs.
  • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
  • Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Degree in Marketing Management, graphics Design or related field of study.

Experience:

  • Two (2)  years proven experience in designing  (prior experience In mobile companies is a plus)
