Position 1: Branch Manager-I For Angacha & Jinka Branches.

Position Description

  • Plans, organises, and manages the banking operations of the designated branch through subordinate supervisors.
  • prepares and submits the yearly budget and work plans for approval; once approval, these are put into action.
  • makes ensuring that defined operational norms and procedures are followed with regard to accepting deposits, issuing loans, offering safekeeping facilities, and receiving and disbursing funds.

Position Requirements

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, banking and finance, management, or a similar profession.
    Experience
  • 6 years of banking experience, with 2 of those years spent as a supervisor.
