Position 1: Learning & Development Officer

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences or related discipline from a reputable university.

Experience: At least four (4) years’ relevant, post-qualification experience in a similar role

Position 2: Senior Learning & Development Officer

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related discipline from a reputable university.

Experience: At least five (5) years’ relevant, post-qualification experience in a similar role

Position 3: Senior HR Officer

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or related discipline from a reputable university.

Experience: At least five (5) years of relevant experience in a similar function/role

Position 4: HR Business Partner

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Business administration or related discipline from a reputable university.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience out of which two (2) years in senior post.

Position 5: Talent Management Specialist

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related discipline from a reputable university.

Experience: At least Six (6) years’ relevant experience in a similar role
