Position 1 – Driver

Centeral Finfinne District
North Finfinne Distric
South Finfinne Distric
Registration Place

For Central Finfinne District, Alsam Cheleleka on the 1st floor, around Balcha Hospital.
For North Finfinne District, Tamegas Building on the1st floor around Megenagna.
For South Finfinne District, Kaku Building on the 4th floor around Jemmo 01.
Requirements
Education and Experience

  • 10th Grade complete or equivalent with relevant driving license (ህዝብ 1, 3ኛ ደረጃ መንጃ ፍቃድ) with two years’ experience, additional training in mechanics is advantageous.
  • Additionally, the following competencies are required
  • Knowledge and adherence to national transport rules and regulations,
  • Ability to work cooperatively and courtesy with others,
  • Time management skills,
  • Honest and trustworthy,
  • Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity,
  • Basic auto-mechanic skill,

Language proficiency: Proven proficiency of Listening, Speaking and Writing Amharic and English are Mandatory. Having proficiency in other local languages are advantageous.
Maximum age limit: The age of applicant shall not exceed 30(Inclusive).

Position 2 – Senior ITSM Officer

Job Location: Head Office
Registration Place: Head Office (Bole, Dambel City Center 4th Floor(Kindly use lift no.06))
Requirements:
Education and Experience: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information systems, Information Science, Information Technology or other related fields with six (6) years of relevant experience.
Language Proficiency: Proven proficiency of Listening, Speaking and Writing Afan Oromo, Amharic and English are Mandatory
Related Training: ITIL Foundation V3/4 Certification is required.
Roles and Responsibilities of Senior ITSM Officer

  • Design, develop, implement and manage ITSM processes/practices by identifying and defining the bank’s requirements;
  • Coordinates troubleshooting, support, and service delivery;
  • Upholds a sense of customer service and measures customers’ satisfaction;
    Ensures that all IT service and support functions remain responsive to customer needs;
  • Ensure that the service catalogue and wider IT service operations knowledge library is maintained;

Position 3 – Corporate Planning Officer

Job Location: Head Office
Registration Place: Head Office (Bole, Dambel City Center 4th Floor(Kindly use lift no.06))
Requirements:
Education: MA/MSC or BA/BSC and above in Economics, Statistics, Management, Business Management, Business Administration, and other related fields of study.
Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience in financial sector specifically banking industry in the areas of yearly operational plan and budget preparation, monitoring and evaluation, strategy formulation, database management, financial analysis, forecasting, balanced scorecard cascading and related areas
Related Training: Advanced Microsoft Excel, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, Strategic Planning and Management, Balanced Scorecard implementation system is advantageous.

Language Proficiency: Proven proficiency of Listening, Speaking and Writing Afan Oromo, Amharic and English are Mandatory.

Position 4 – Corporate Planning Expert

Education: MA/MSC or BA/BSC and above in Economics, Statistics, Management, Business Management, Business Administration, and other related fields of study.
Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience for MA/MSC and five years of experience for BA/BSC in financial sector specifically banking industry in the areas yearly operational plan and budget preparation, monitoring and evaluation, strategy formulation, database management, financial analysis, forecasting, balanced scorecard cascading and related areas.

Related Training: Advanced Microsoft Excel, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, Strategic Planning and Management, Balanced Scorecard implementation system is advantageous.
Language Proficiency: Proven proficiency of Listening, Speaking and Writing Afan Oromo, Amharic and English are Mandatory.

Position 5 – Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Remuneration: As per the Bank’s salary scale and benefit scheme
Terms of employment: Permanent after probationary period
