DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Qatar Airways would really like to hire experienced and authorized job seekers for it's various job positions that are listed below with relevant informations.
Position One
The FIRST job position of Qatar Airways vacancy is called namely Shared Services Coordinator with responsibilities including Handling station payroll independently with applicable deduction on pension, social security and taxation to meet local labor law compliance,handling and managing cash sales report, disbursement of petty cash claim, bank reconciliation,banking of cash deposit, manage staff claim and accounting the same financial Oracle system, Coordinating and assisting to HO Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Tax unit and Treasury unit on information raised by each unit, Taking active participation in station procurement, identify local potential service provider, obtain quote, analysis and prepare cost evaluation sheet, process purchase order and contract with service provider, Maintaining station database like list of Contract, records of payment made to comply local requirement, Maintaining staff and other Insurance related records, generating and analysing n financial report, Managing cash handling for CTOs (if applicable) including daily cash sales verification against Daily Sales Report checking, Bank Statements, reconciling sales figures with merchant statement and bank statement for local card collections, daily reconciliation of physical cash with Amadeus sales report,Supporting User department by ensuring Taxes, GL codes and POs are accurate,Working with user department to monitoring and managing costs and review cost variances, reconcile spend versus budget,Supporting local station with administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth running of the station. This job position needs Bachelors Degree with 2(Two) years similar work experience including Procurement, finance, office management or shared services experience.
