Job Description  

Supply Chain operations managers are responsible for overseeing the flow of goods and services through their company’s supply chain. They work with suppliers, vendors, and other third-party service providers to ensure that everything is running smoothly from ordering raw accouterments to shipping finished products to customers. They may also be tasked with managing inventory levels or icing compliance with industry regulations. Supply chain operations managers often have a hands-on role in this process, working directly with employees across different departments to coordinate activities and resolve issues as they arise.  Supply Chain Operations Manager

Job Duties  

A supply chain operations manager typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include  

Coordinating with marketing teams to determine product demand, pricing strategies, and inventory levels Improving processes for ordering, shipping, receiving, storing, and delivering products or materials to meet customer needs  Developing strategies for reducing operating costs while maintaining high-quality standards for products or services offered  Managing the logistics of transporting goods between locations by truck, train, plane, boat, or other means  

Collaborating with other managers on staff,  similar as production managers or operations managers, to coordinate conditioning across departments  Managing all aspects of inventory, including ordering new products and managing being  force situations assessing indispensable sources of supply to increase efficiency and improve the quality of products or services  

Overseeing the selection of vendors based  price and quality of products or services offered  Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through technological advances or process changes liabilities Develop and apply force chain strategies that align with business goals  Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supply chain 

 Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock outs  Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers  Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that arise  

Coordinate transportation of goods to meet customer demand  

Develop plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs throughout the supply chain  Use data analytics to identify trends and optimize processes  Stay up-to-date on industry trends and stylish practices  manage and motivate a team of supply chain professionals  Prepare reports for upper management on the department’s performance  Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints  

Skill and educational background  

Proven track record of streamlining processes and reducing costs  

Experience managing and developing teams  

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills  

Strong  logical and problem-solving ability  

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with applicable computer software (e.g. Odoo or SAP or other ERP Solutions)  

Position 2 – Junior Information Technologist  

Required Qualification and Experience Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field

Experience Fresh Graduate  Salary 7,500 Birr  

Job Summary

Skill and educational background In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, Software rendering, and ERP solutions  

Experience with virtualization software,  similar as VMware and Hyper- V  complete in Windows Server, Linux, and other common operating systems  Solid understanding of security principles and stylish practices  

Experience with cloud computing platforms,  similar as AWS and Azure  Working knowledge of scripting languages, similar as PowerShell and Python  

Familiarity with ERP tools and methodologies  

Graduate after 2014 and 2015.  

Position 3 – Junior Accountant  

Required Qualification and Experience  BSc/ Ba in accounting, finance, or applicable field.

Experience Fresh Graduate  

Junior Accountants are professionals who are in charge of posting journal entries, preparing financial statements, and maintaining accounts, receivables, or payables. They also administer yearly payroll for their company’s employees while preparing reports on the progress made throughout each month.  Skill and educational background  Proven experience as a junior accountant  

Excellent organizing abilities  Great attention to detail  

Good with numbers and figures and logical accounts  

Good understanding of accounting and fiscal reporting principles and practices  

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with applicable computer software (e.g. Peachtree Account and ERP Solutions)  

Graduate after 2014 and 2015.
