Eshetu & Mesfin Audit Service Partnership (Established in 2013), Debebe & Mekonnen Audit Service Partnership (Established in 2018), Kalid Mohamed Certified Audit Firm (Established in 2013), and Feleke Tesema Certified Audit Firms (Established in 2018) were the four existing audit and consulting firms that were combined to form Optimum.

We are looking for a highly qualified, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Junior Auditor to join our team as we continue to grow our operations.

Junior Auditor Position

Requirements:a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a similar subject.

• It is encouraged but not necessary to have one year of experience in auditing, accounting, or a similar discipline.
• have a CGPA of at least 3.00.
• Understanding of auditing standards (GAAP, IFRS, IPSAS, ISA, etc.) and accounting pprinciples.
• strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with superb attention to detail.
• capable of using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word in Microsoft Office.
• outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• ability to function well both on one’s own and in a group.
• strong time-management and organisational abilities, as well as the capacity to fulfil deadlines.
